Procedure
- Test and discuss if the new handout meets the original criteria listed in the registration form.(link needed)
- Assess the readability and content with particular attention to official logos and branding.
- Ensure all necessary permissions/approvals have been completed and itemised on the cover sheet.
- If not correct, return to the handout coordinator (link needed) for further improvements.
- Pass the new resource for general distribution. Please contact (link and details for each hospital needed).
- Add to the Patient Information handout database.
